LeeAnne's Bridal allows cancellations at no charge for bridal appointments if the client allows us notification of cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time and day. This includes calling, emailing, or texting a notification of cancellation.
If the client cancels any time after 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time and day, the card on file will be charged a service fee of $75.00 USD for appointments scheduled Friday-Sunday.
If the client cancels any time after 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time and day, the card on file will be charged a service fee of $25.00 USD for appointments scheduled Monday-Thursday.
If the client refuses to put a card on file, they are allowing LeeAnne's Bridal to cancel their appointment at any time and fill the spot with a client who is willing to put a card file. All cards that are held on file will be properly disposed of after the appointment time and day has passed.
