L.A. Bridal allows cancellations at no charge for bridal appointments if the client allows us notification of cancellation within 48 hours of the appointment time and day. This includes calling, emailing, or texting a notification of cancellation.
If the client cancels any time within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time and day, the card on file will be charged a service fee of $100.00 USD for appointments scheduled Friday-Sunday. Beginning January 1, 2026, the weekend cancellation policy will increase to $150.
If the client cancels any time within 48 hours of their scheduled appointment time and day, the card on file will be charged a service fee of $50.00 USD for appointments scheduled Monday-Thursday. Beginning January 1, 2026, the weekday cancellation policy will increase to $75.
If the client refuses to put a card on file, they are allowing L.A. Bridal to cancel their appointment at any time and fill the spot with a client who is willing to put a card file. All cards that are held on file will be properly disposed of after the appointment time and day has passed.
